Every tier shows you exactly what is included. If something is not listed, it is not included — and you can ask us directly before subscribing.
Why we price the way we do
Performance-based fees create a structural conflict between what a tool provider wants and what a trader needs. If our revenue increases when your account grows, we have an incentive to encourage higher-risk configurations. We do not want that incentive. Ashford Collective charges a flat monthly or annual fee for platform access. Our costs are predictable; so are yours. The three tiers below differ in the number of active strategies, the depth of backtest data available, and the level of onboarding support included. Upgrading or downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle. There are no cancellation penalties — you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.

Pricing questions we hear often
Are there any fees beyond the monthly subscription?
No. The subscription covers platform access, broker API integration maintenance, and support as described per tier. We do not charge setup fees, per-trade fees, or any percentage of capital managed. If a third-party data provider charges a separate fee for premium market data, we will make that clear before you need it — it is not bundled silently.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your strategy configurations and audit logs remain accessible in read-only mode for thirty days after cancellation. You can export everything in CSV format during that window. After thirty days, data is deleted from our servers in accordance with our data retention policy. We do not sell client data to third parties.
Can I switch tiers mid-month?
You may upgrade at any time; the higher tier activates immediately and you are billed a prorated difference for the remaining days in the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle so you keep the higher-tier features until then.
