Services
Our services cover the full lifecycle of systematic trading: building, testing, controlling, connecting, and monitoring — with nothing hidden from the trader.
Ashford Collective's service offering is structured around a single operational principle: the trader must be able to reconstruct every decision the platform made, from the raw market signal through to the executed order. To that end, we deliver a configured automation pipeline — built on a combination of rule-based logic modules and a secure broker API bridge — that writes a detailed event log for every action. A typical onboarding takes seven to fourteen business days, including strategy translation, broker connection testing, and a supervised live-simulation period where the system runs in paper-trade mode so you can validate behaviour before going live. At the end of onboarding, you receive a full configuration document, a glossary of every parameter the system uses, and a recorded walkthrough session. We do not manage your capital, select instruments on your behalf, or advise on strategy direction — those decisions belong to you.
Strategy Automation translates the rules you already trade manually into structured logic the engine can execute without drift or fatigue. Backtesting surfaces weaknesses in those rules before real capital is at risk, producing reports detailed enough that you can challenge every number. Risk Controls are the circuit-breakers you configure yourself — the platform enforces them automatically and logs the moment and reason each time one activates. Broker Integration handles the technical complexity of connecting to your existing brokerage account, normalising order formats and managing API authentication so you focus on strategy rather than infrastructure. The Monitoring Dashboard then surfaces everything in real time: positions, orders, risk utilisation, and strategy health — all on one teal-modern screen that refreshes every second. Together these layers replace a patchwork of spreadsheets and manual checks with a single, auditable workflow.
Knowing the limits of a service is as important as knowing its capabilities.
If you have a written strategy with clear conditions, we can automate it. We do not generate strategies for you, and we do not modify your rules without your explicit instruction and written confirmation.
Our broker-integration layer currently supports a defined list of API-compatible brokers. If your broker is not on the list, we will tell you plainly before onboarding begins — not after.
Ashford Collective is a tool provider, not a fund manager. Capital allocation, instrument selection, and position sizing decisions are yours. Our risk controls enforce the limits you set; they do not set those limits for you.
Automation removes execution error; it does not remove market risk. Backtest results reflect historical conditions and cannot guarantee future performance. We present backtest data without smoothing or selective date ranges.
Yes — once you have configured and activated a strategy, the engine executes orders automatically according to your rules. You can pause or stop execution at any time from the dashboard without contacting support. All executions are logged with timestamps and the specific condition that triggered each order.
A standard backtest covering two years of daily data typically completes in under three minutes. Tick-level backtests on high-frequency strategies may take fifteen to forty minutes depending on the data volume. You receive a notification when the report is ready, and the report is stored in your account indefinitely.
The platform detects a lost connection within thirty seconds and pauses strategy execution automatically. It will not attempt to send orders while connectivity is uncertain. You receive an immediate alert by email and, if configured, by SMS. The system attempts reconnection on a defined schedule and resumes only after a clean handshake is confirmed.
Yes. The number of simultaneously active strategies depends on your subscription tier. Each strategy runs in its own isolated execution context, meaning a risk-control trigger on one strategy does not automatically pause another. You can, however, configure a global daily-loss ceiling that applies across all active strategies.
Your strategy parameters are stored encrypted and access by our staff requires a formal internal request that is logged. We will never use client strategy logic for any purpose other than operating your account. This commitment is written into our terms of service, not just stated here informally.
All tiers are listed on our pricing page with no items hidden behind a sales call.
